One of the reprieves that I had growing up , as well as in adult life as an introvert is nature. My batteries are recharged and I get grounded when I am around and in nature. When I am not, it does not bode well for me or my productivity; and at times the others around me.
So, at least for me, it is not only important to “Love Thy Nature” as in honoring my introversion and HSP traits, but to “Love Thy Nature” as in the natural world and nature. It’s why I have been an organic gardener for over 4 decades and take time to be in and with Nature, as well a an advocate for its protection and renewal.
An inspiring watch is the documentary “Love Thy Nature“.
Our survival may depend on loving nature.
